It’s Yoga for Children

Our classes cover many elements of a yoga practice. Breath work Movement Meditation 
But that is not all!

They are taught with dancing, singing, games, & what ever the little teachers want and need.

Start Slow

We start our classes with a little circle time where the children get to discuss their day / week or whatever may be on their busy minds. 

We then chat about how we can use yoga tools to help work through any issues they may have, be it using deep breathing when they are feeling overwhelmed, or learning about gratitude, mindfulness or some movement if they need to expel some energy.

Always Learning.

We learn new poses and how to sequence them, we dance, we play and then finally we relax, which can sometimes be the hardest thing for children. (and adults!)

Currently classes are online through zoom every Tuesday and Thursday from 3pm until 4pm
