“I realized then I wanted to teach children’s yoga and how I could give children the tools to use yoga daily in their busy lives as I had.”

About Anna

I came to yoga in my early teens.
My Mother brought me to a yoga class and I loved it.Yoga gave me a place to always come back to; A feeling of home. I was blessed to have that anchor at such a young age.

As I entered adulthood, I travelled; I worked in many different fields, and experienced life to it fullest, but always came back to myself with the yoga skills I had learned in those early years.

In 2007 I trained as a special needs assistant, and from then on I have always worked with children, either in the class room, in crèches, playschools and privately.

After the birth of my two daughters in 2010 and 2013, I realised that I wanted to teach them the skills that I learned. Although they have really been my greatest teachers in all aspects of my life.

Having got them through the toddler years I completed my first yoga teacher training in early 2017, which gave me even more tools for myself, and my yoga journey.

I realized then I wanted to teach children’s yoga and how I could give children the tools to use yoga daily in their busy lives as I had. So in that same year 2017 I completed my first children’s yoga teacher training.

Since then I have been teaching children’s yoga in schools, studios and online.

I have created a practical toolbox that they can tap into when they feel the need, and have made this accessible for all ages.
